With early years spent working hands-on in construction, Ty developed a deep appreciation for expertly designed and beautifully curated homes. This foundation naturally evolved into a desire to help estate agents present their portfolios at the highest standard.

Ty’s journey began at the age of 16, working as a labourer on weekends while studying at sixth form. After graduating with the plan of moving into website development but being rejected , he moved into construction full-time with a large firm unsure on whether he wanted this to be his future, despite this he contributed to a number of remarkable and high-end residential projects. It was here that his love for intelligent architecture and thoughtful interior design truly took shape.

Today, that passion drives Stratos — as a specialist domestic property marketing service dedicated to capturing homes with precision, creativity, and professionalism.

After recognising the potential in his idea, Ty set out to showcase the craftsmanship and character within the properties he admired. Having already built strong relationships across the industry — and having first supported the very tradesmen he once worked alongside by marketing their projects — he began to fully immerse himself in the world of property marketing.
